At LumoVive, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If something is not right with your order, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or use cannot be accepted.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or is not working, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos or a short description of the issue. We will replace the item or provide a refund once the issue is confirmed.
Change of Mind
Change of mind returns are accepted as long as the product is unopened and unused. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been used or show clear signs of wear cannot be returned.
